Breath… Slow and deepen your breath, allowing it to ground and calm you.
Centering… Bring your energy and attention to your heart center—the seat of your soul—and gently anchor there.
No one is mindful a hundred percent of the time, so please be gentle with yourself as you journey toward the practical magic of mindfulness.
A few mindful moments can make a world of difference.
