What a wondrous kaleidoscope of contradictions, idiosyncrasies, and lovable qualities we women are. Many of the paradoxes and quirks we display actually serve to make us fun and interesting to be around. However, one contradiction that can only breed low self-esteem and often depression is treating others with gentleness while heaping judgment on ourselves. You deserve and need your own gentle support and definitely thrive best when you are your own trustworthy cheerleader.

Set an intention to treat yourself gently and respectfully.
