Elements of Mindfulness

To make mindfulness more accessible, I’ve highlighted four elements I believe are essential in day-to-day practice. They are paying attention, inhabiting the moment, simplifying, and breath. There are, of course, numerous facets to each element of mindfulness, and we will explore many of them in Part II, “The Practices.”
